Order processing

We work to ship VialLock orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days when items are in stock, and many ship sooner.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Rates may vary based on order size, destination, and carrier options.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or high-volume periods may affect delivery timing.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking scans.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VialLock is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will help review the issue and work toward a reasonable solution when possible.

International shipping
