VialLock cases are designed around common 3mL, 5mL, and 10mL vial formats. Check the product title and description before ordering so the case layout matches your vial size and count.

What color options are available?

Available finishes can include RGB Metallic and solid colors, depending on the product. RGB Metallic has a color-shifting look, while solid colors give a cleaner, more uniform finish.

How are VialLock cases made?

VialLock cases are 3D printed and made to order in the USA. Each case is produced after purchase, which helps support a wider range of sizes, layouts, and color options.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders need production time before they ship because cases are made to order. Current shipping and handling estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by order volume, product, and customization.

Can I return a VialLock case?

No. 3D printed VialLock items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please confirm vial size, case size, and color before placing your order.

Do you offer custom color orders?

Yes. Custom color orders are available for an additional $5 and add 2 extra business days to production time.

How should I clean my case?

Hand wash cold only. Do not use a dishwasher, boiling water, high heat, or harsh cleaning methods.
